On May 9, the Jiangsu Fulehua Power Semiconductor Research Institute project started in Dongtai, Yancheng, Jiangsu.
The Power Semiconductor Research Institute project is led by Jiangsu Fuller Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd., supported by the High-tech Zone, and a new research and development institution established by the Institute of Ceramics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Shanghai University and other units. The total planned investment of the project is 200 million yuan, and the project will occupy about 30 acres of land, and newly build more than 28,000 square meters of R&D, office and laboratory buildings. After its completion, it will drive the development of Dongtai's power semiconductor, electronic information, new materials and module packaging and testing industries, provide services such as material composition analysis for surrounding companies, and provide intellectual support and solutions for related companies' technology and product upgrades.
