Since 2019, SMIC's N+1 process has yet to mature, the team has overcome difficulties throughout the process, invested tens of millions of yuan in design optimization, and took the lead in completing the NTO tapeout. The first chip based on the N+1 process has undergone several months and multiple rounds of test iterations, helping SMIC break through the N+1 process yield bottleneck.

Core Motion Technology has been co-constructing domestic IP ecosystems with world-renowned foundries for many years, and has provided a large number of domestic and global customers from mature technology (55nm, 40nm, 28nm, 22nm, etc.) to advanced technology (such as FinFET 14nm, 12nm, 7nm) Etc.) Continuously leapfrogging, large-scale IP authorization and customized mass production of high-end SOC in various advanced processes, including GDDR6/Chiplet/Serdes and other advanced technology mass production, and won the SMIC "Best IP Partner" award for many consecutive years. Now, SingDong Technology has successfully verified the first milestone NTO tape-out based on the domestic N+1 new process, and has made new contributions to the domestic semiconductor ecological chain.
