ASML new EUV lithography machine will be shipped in mid-2021
ASML announced the final specifications of the new dual scanner on the EUV roadmap: 3600 d, exposure speed of 30 mj/cm2, and exposure speed of 160 slices per hour.
ASML recently announced its third-quarter results: sales in the third quarter were 4 billion euros, net profit was 1.1 billion euros, gross profit margin was 47.5%, net profit was 27.5%, and new orders were 2.9 billion euros.
According to foreign media reports, ASML has delivered as many as 60 lithography machines and confirmed revenue lithography machines to customers. Among them, 14 were extreme ultraviolet lithography machines, an increase of 7 units from the previous quarter, but the total delivery volume decreased by 1 unit from the previous quarter.
